Prices, House Rules and
The prices for the Apartment in 2021-2022 are :
Spring (March, April, May and June) ; £ 100.00 per night.
Summer (July, August, September and October) ; £ 120.00 per night.
For availability during winter months, please enquire.
Prices include off-road parking for one car in the adjacent courtyard. The minimum booking is for three consecutive nights. A complimentary food basket is provided on arrival, as well as initial shower/bath supplies and washing up/dishwasher provisions.
Sorry, at present we do not have credit/debit card facilities. PAYMENT can be made via U.K. Bank electronic transfer or by U.K. Bank sterling cheque. We provide bank details etc., when your booking is confirmed.
CANCELLATIONS : We ask for full payment to be received 30 days prior to arrival, but will refund 50% of the total price if we receive written notice up to 14 days before the original arrival. We don’t refund payments for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the reservation. However we will reimburse 100% of the total price for a cancelled booking if we’ve been able to resell your dates without incurring a loss.

Check out by 11 am.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment, by occupants or their visitors.
Sorry, we don’t allow pets into the apartment.
The property is a private domestic residence and is not available for parties or events.
Occupancy : The apartment has one, king-size four-poster bed. Accommodation is arranged for a single adult or an adult couple. The apartment is not suitable for children under 16 years of age. Sorry, additional overnight guests are not permitted.
Parking : There is space for one car in the courtyard, at owner’s risk. Guests are requested to park where directed, to avoid blocking other residents’ vehicles.
Keys : We regret, lost keys will incur an additional charge, which may include the cost of changing locks.
ACCESS INFORMATION :
There are two steps up to the front door. The staircase to the first floor is steeper and narrower (70cm wide) than a modern staircase and may present difficulties for guests with restricted knee/leg movement. Similarly, access to the ground-floor shower-room is through a narrow door (maximum usable width approx. 55cm). These quirks are not uncommon in historic listed buildings and unfortunately the apartment cannot be described as “wheelchair-friendly”. Please ensure you discuss access issues with us before booking if you think this may be relevant. Thank you.
